Sam & Jenda.. Surprise Proposal! {2.18.12}

YAY! Finally get to post photos from this fun shoot. Jenda and Sam have been together for 5 years now. He actually contacted me to do photos for them as Jenda's Valentine's Day gift. How sweet! He told me he wanted to propose to her during the photos! I'm not gonna lie--I really think I was more nervous than him. lol. I wanted to make sure and capture the moment and do it justice. These two are so much fun, and we ended up with a nice cool February day to take photos. I think we got some really sweet photos of them. Jenda and Sam, congratulations!!! I am so excited for you guys. Thank you for asking me to document this huge moment, Sam. :)

Yesterday I had the awesome privilege of taking pictures for our friends Josh and Cat. They asked me to take pictures of them to put on their adoptive parents profile! How exciting. They are going to be such amazing parents when that door is opened to them. I can't wait! This year is going to be big for them. We had so much fun! Taking photos is definitely a learning experience, but relaxing and having fun is key! :)

So this one is not in good lighting--it was direct sun in their face. But, come on! How cool is it that there was a store called "For Every Child"? We had to take pics next to it. :)
